  • Kate Beckinsale Bullied Jim Sturgess With Fruit Arranged Into Penises

“Late Night with Seth Meyers” last night, and they spent A LOT of time discussing her work as an “artist” — arranging fruit into penis shapes, then documenting it for social media or just leaving it outside the door of a long-suffering co-star.

Meyers showed off a few instances of her work, claiming she sent the show 30 photos. She had some with the obvious bananas, but also more of her “range” with a zucchini and green beans, etc. She could seriously book an art show with this amount of material, especially since she had a whole series placed outside the hotel room door of her co-star, the “very, very nice” actor Jim Sturgess. Beckinsale didn’t mention what they were shooting, but it was probably the 2014 movie “Stonehearst Asylum.” Every day she would leave fruit arranged as penises outside of his door. “It was like love-bombing,” she said. “I think it strayed into bullying, but I felt very positive about it.”

She insisted she does not have an obsession with male genitalia, she just loves the fruit version. It’s not always funny in real life, she said, but it’s always funny as fruit. (Fair point.)

Watch to the end of the interview for her story of how she got her daughter in trouble in school over this. She was on the phone, just doodling a penis arrangement — she said it’s like her “Bat sign” — but it turns out it was on her daughter’s homework for the sixth-grade. Her daughter got called out on it, and who is really going to believe “No, it was my mom!”

    She’s the best:

  • Daniel Radcliffe Recalls the Odd Advice Donald Trump Gave Him 15 Years Ago

Daniel Radcliffe is now 26-years-old, and he’s been on countless daytime and late-night talk shows. But back when he was 10 or 11, just starting out after being cast as Harry Potter, he went to New York for the first time for his very first talk show appearance. It was for “TODAY,” and Donald Trump was a fellow guest.

DanRad was recently on “Late Night with Seth Meyers” and told the story of meeting Trump backstage before his appearance. Dan said he had some idea of who Trump was, but he was a young British kid, so he wasn’t really familiar. But he told Trump he was very nervous and didn’t quite know what he was going to tell the “TODAY” show hosts during his chat.

So here’s the advice Trump gave him: “You just tell them you met Mr. Trump.”

The audience laughed, and Dan referenced another guest who was about to be on Seth’s show that night. “I was just like, to this day I can’t even relate to that level of confidence. Imagine if I said to Billy [Eichner], ‘Oh, just talk about me when you do your interview! I am enough to be everyone’s story.’”

Of course Seth loved it, since Seth banned Donald Trump from every appearing on “Late Night,” even though (as Seth acknowledged) Trump has never asked to be on the show and probably would never bother. It’s still funny.

Check out that conversation, and more from DanRad:Daniel Radcliffe: The Advice Donald Trump Gave Me When I Was 11

You can also watch Radcliffe talk about his first prosthetic butt, for his role in the movie “Swiss Army Man.”

  • Watch Emilia Clarke Sing ‘MMMBop’ in Dothraki (As She Really Did in One Scene)

You know those “Now That’s What I Call Music” compilations? The next volume should be all pop songs performed in Dothraki. The world is ready. “Game of Thrones” star/overall queen “Late Night with Seth Meyers” to promote her upcoming film “Me Before You,” and also talk about the real language of Dothraki, which was invented for GoT.

Emilia memorizes the lines in Dothraki for the HBO show, but she said the other people on set can’t tell when she’s saying a Dothraki line correctly or not, so she could say just about anything. For the currently airing Season 6, there was one speech that went on for so long that — when she was off camera, doing lines with a Dothraki dude who was doing his close-up — she substituted the real words she was supposed to say with a Dothraki version of Hanson’s “MMMBop.”

She admitted that it did not help her co-star with his performance. At all. But she gave Seth Meyers a sample of her “MMMBop,” and he said it’s much less catchy than the original.

Watch Emilia singing in the first video, and then hear her story about “Me Before You” co-star Sam Claflin making her a Daenerys Targaryen LEGO:
