  • Watch ‘Riverdale’ Cast Beat Miley Cyrus & Family in a Nasty-Funny ‘Tonight Show’ Game

If you’re afraid of spiders, already know about milking goats, and love “Riverdale,” this is the face-off for you.

The cast of The CW’s “Riverdale” was on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” last night, and after Fallon fanboyed over the show and got to wear Jughead’s hat, there was a game of “Search Party.” It’s basically “Family Feud” with the task being to fill in the blank for random Internet search results.

Team Riverdale was K.J. Apa (Archie), Lili Reinhart (Betty), Camila Mendes (Veronica), Cole Sprouse (Jughead), and Madelaine Petsch (Cheryl). Team Cyrus included Jimmy Fallon, along with Miley Cyrus, her sisters Noah and Brandi, and mom Tish.

The game got gross a couple of times, especially when the query turned to “Can you milk a ____?” The Internet is filled with strange people and their strange, strange queries. (One of the top answers was really “man”?) The “Riverdale” team ended up winning through steals, with the final query being “Why are people afraid of ____?” and “Riverdale” taking it with “spiders.” Maybe that’s fitting for the darker “Riverdale” Season 2 ahead.

Here’s the game:And here’s the cast of “Riverdale” talking to Jimmy… and doing a Milkshake Challenge with Jimmy, while Jimmy also teased what’s ahead in Season 2: “Riverdale” Season 2 starts next Wednesday at 8 p.m on The CW.

  • Miley Cyrus Has Secret Role in ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2’

iHeartRadio Music Awards - ShowMiley Cyrus went from “Party in the U.S.A.” to a party in the galaxy!

The singer reportedly has a cameo in “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2” as the voice of Mainframe. Lifestyle blogger Sarah Ruhlman first shared the news on Twitter:

Mainframe is an alternate universe version of Vision, played by Paul Bettany in “The Avengers” films. In the future of “Guardians of the Galaxy,” Vision evolves to be the operating system of an entire planet.

Dave Bautista, who plays Drax, seemed to confirm the news to The Huffington Post, saying, “I heard that she’s uncredited and a voice somewhere.”

This also falls in line with some teasing banter between director James Gunn and Marvel boss Kevin Feige, who debated revealing the identity of Mainframe. “I blew it, I told one person,” Gunn said. Feige responded, “It’ll get out.”

    That it did.

  • A ‘Hannah Montana’ Marathon Is Coming to Disney Channel Next Month

hannah montana, marathon, disney channel, disney, miley cyrusHit Disney Channel series “Hannah Montana” will return to the network for a special marathon next month.

The Miley Cyrus-fronted sitcom, about a girl named Miley Stewart who lives a double life as the titular teen superstar singer, will once again air on the Disney Channel during a marathon set to begin on December 3, and end on December 29. It’s unclear how the marathon will be structured, but TVLine surmises that the show’s 98 episodes will be aired in blocks of about four per night for the duration of the event.

Disney Channel announced the marathon on Twitter, and based on fan reaction so far, it looks like this event will be a popular one. That’s par for the course with “Hannah,” which dominated Disney’s airwaves during its original run from 2006 to 2011. According to TVLine, “The series premiere set a viewership record for the network, and a 2007 episode with guest stars the Jonas Brothers scored 10.7 million total viewers.” Not too shabby for a cable series.

No word yet from Cyrus about the marathon (the singer long ago shed her innocent Disney image, and has criticized the show in the past); we’ll see if she has anything else to say about the series once it begins re-airing. So far, Disney Channel has not announced specific airtimes for the episodes.

  • Miley Cyrus Swore Off Red Carpets for an Interesting Reason

The Voice - Season 11Don’t expect to see Miley Cyrus on any more red carpets — possibly ever. The singer-slash-actress recently revealed that she has sworn them off once and for all.

The new “Voice” judge sat down for an interview for the October issue of “Elle,” and she explained why she isn’t interested in the common celebrity practice anymore, highlighting how unnecessary she finds it.

“[A year ago] I had to do the [‘A Very Murray Christmas’] premiere, and I will never do a red carpet again,” she told the magazine. “Why, when people are starving, am I on a carpet that’s red? Because I’m ‘important’? Because I’m ‘famous’? That’s not how I roll. It’s like a skit — it’s like ‘Zoolander.’”

We can’t blame Cyrus for wanting to be true to herself. Over the years, we have seen her show the public time and time again that she plays by her own rules.

It’s just like her best friend Lesley said in “See You Again”: “Oh, she’s just being Miley.”

  • Unforgettable Disney Channel TV Shows, Ranked From Least to Most Ridiculous

    %Slideshow-374202%
Is it a rule that Disney Channel TV shows have to have the most absurd premises possible? When their development team gets together they’re probably just like, “Let’s make these scenarios as outrageous as we can, people.”

But that’s the beauty of their programming. The shows might be about fantastic things like wizards, psychics, and double-life leading pop stars, but it works. These series have brought us so much goofy joy that we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Here, we look back at 8 memorable TV shows from the Disney Channel and rank them from totally believable to totally ridiculous.

  • ‘Hannah Montana’ Cast: Where Are They Now?

%Slideshow-374120% Hard to believe, but the most famous member of the Cyrus family used to be papa Billy Ray. That all changed 10 years ago, on March 24, 2006, with the debut of Disney’s “Hannah Montana,” which unleashed daughter Miley upon the world.

Like her TV character on the 2006-11 series, Miley Cyrus was both a regular teenager and a flamboyant pop star chafing against her own squeaky-clean image. We’ve all seen how that tension has played out for Cyrus over the past decade, but what of the rest of Team Hannah? Here’s what’s become of the show’s cast in the years since Cyrus took a wrecking ball to her Disney persona.

  • Miley Cyrus Starring in Woody Allen’s Upcoming Amazon Series

"A Very Murray Christmas" New York PremiereGuess who’s coming in like a wrecking ball to Woody Allen’s upcoming Amazon comedy?

Deadline reports the veteran filmmaker has cast Miley Cyrus in the untitled project. Allen himself and “Small Time Crooks” actress Elaine May will also star. This marks Allen’s first time creating a television show and Cyrus’s first return to “television” since her “Hannah Montana” days.

Cyrus confirmed the news on Instagram:

The six-episode half-hour comedy series is set in the 1960s but that is all that is known about the show. Last year, Allen told Deadline that he “regretted every second since I said OK” to the Amazon deal.

  • Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth Are Engaged Again: Report

Relativity Media's "Paranoia" Premiere - Red CarpetMore than two years after calling off their engagement, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are officially back together — and it looks like they’re engaged again, too.

Gossip outlets have been buzzing about the pair, who were recently spotting spending time together in Hemsworth’s native Australia, where they attended a music festival and hung out with Hemsworth’s family over the New Year’s holiday. Since then, Cyrus has been seen out in public wearing her flashy 3.5-carat diamond engagement ring (and flaunting it on Instagram), sparking rumors that this reconciliation was about to get more permanent.

According to Us Weekly, it indeed has, as the couple is officially engaged again. Sources tell the magazine that Hemsworth, 26, and Cyrus, 23, are not only betrothed (and telling friends the news), but they’re moving in together, too. Cyrus has reportedly been seen with boxes and a moving truck outside of Hemsworth’s Malibu home.

Hemsworth first popped the question to Cyrus back in May 2012, after meeting on the set of 2010’s Nicholas Sparks drama “The Last Song.” They called off their engagement in September 2013.

Congrats (again!) to the happy couple! As an added bonus, here are Miley and Liam reminding us why they are so freakin’ adorable together.

  • Best of Late Night TV: Miley Cyrus’ Emotional Interview and Jessica Alba’s ‘Tramp Stamp’

If you’re like us and value your sleep, you probably nodded off into your Ambien dreamland before the party started on post-prime time TV. Don’t worry; we’ve got you covered. Here’s the best of what happened last night on late night.

Time for another “Emotional Interview” with…Miley Cyrus! The best emotions she acted out had to be “super-offensive” and “super-polite,” but the most hilarious thing she said? “I”m an international phenomenon and my name is Miley and everyone knows that.”

Miley was also asked if she’d rather give up pot or glitter. The answer may surprise you. (Haha, not it won’t, she obviously chose glitter.)
Speaking of Miley (sorry, there was a lot happening with her), she’s really mad at Leonardo DiCaprio because he didn’t “pass the vape” at an SNL after party. It’s like, get your priorities straight, Leo. First the man-bun, now this?

On a more serious note, The Late Show” and said her new movie helped inspire her to come out. Her thoughts are not to be missed.
Critical, life-changing news: LL Cool J claims he coined the expression “I’m Audi 5000,” which is the most important saying to come out of the ’90s, nay every decade ever. Listen to his story below and prepare to be mind-blown.

In non-celeb news, Jimmy Kimmel sat down with a bunch of hilariously cute children and questioned them about the election. One little girl thought Hilary Clinton was some chick named “Rose” and that Donald Trump was George Clooney. Let the amazingness abound.
Over on “The Late Late Show,” Jessica Alba opened up about her “tramp stamp,” and was mocked mercilessly as a result. She was going through a breakup, guys, sob!
