Oscar has not been merciful to Joaquin Phoenix, who was nominated for “Gladiator,” “Walk the Line,” and “The Master.” But not “You Were Never Really Here,” “The Sisters Brothers” or “Her.” We’re terribly vexed he’s still Oscar-less.
