You know the boring, yet totally decent guy in rom-coms, who doesn’t get the girl in the end? That’s a Baxter, and this is the movie that represents his plight. It’s got Michelle Williams as an adorably awkward singer, Peter Dinklage as a hotshot wedding planner, and all the oddball quirk you’d expect from Michael Showalter.
