In the brutal land of Westeros, even children aren’t spared from the horrors of war. Season 5 was a harsh reminder of that fact, as both Myrcella and Shireen Baratheon were killed in the most horrific of ways. Cersei is now down to one surviving child, the well-meaning (but easily manipulable) King Tommen.
It’s all but certain that Tommen is next for the chopping block. Cersei was once warned by a witch that she would grow to have great power but that all of her children would die. So far, that witch’s prophecy has been spot-on. In short, it sucks to be Tommen.
